| Reginald
W. Belcher, Attorney |
|
A 1992 graduate of West Virginia University (summa cum laude),
Reggie attended the University of South Carolina School of Law,
where he was a member of the Order of Wig and Robe and of the
Student Editorial Board of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust
Journal.
Reggie joined McNair Law Firm, P.A., in May 1994 as a law clerk,
becoming an associate 1996 in the firm's Labor and Employment
section. In May 2003, he became a shareholder. His primary focus
is on employment law and personnel and human resources management
matters. He is a member of the S.C. and Richland County Bar
Associations.
An editor-in-chief of the S.C. Employment Law Letter, Reggie
co-authored the S.C. Human Resources File Cabinet. He serves
as a board member for the Columbia Society for Human Resource
Management, as president of the Columbia Sertoma Club, and has

much sought-after presenter, Dr. Bradley chairs the Department
of Accounting and Legal Studies at the College of Charleston
in Charleston, South Carolina, and is director for MS Accountancy.
She earned her bachelor of science degree in mathematics from
the University of Texas at Arlington, her master of science
degree in accounting with tax concentration from Texas Tech
University, and her doctor of philosophy from the University
of North Texas, where her major field of study was accounting
with tax concentration and her minor was economics.

Bradley has authored and co-authored articles for numerous publications,

Caulder |
A
graduate of Newberry College, in Newberry, South Carolina, with
a degree in business administration, Jim was employed with the
Social Security Administration for 33 years, the last 17 as the
resource for pre-retirement education for both the public and
private sectors. He conducted workshops for employees of both
small and large businesses, including General Motors, Westinghouse,
SCE&G, AT&T, Eastman Kodak, as well as state and local governmental
agencies, religious organizations, colleges and universities.
A resource for tax attorneys and CPAs, Jim earned the Social Security
Administration's highest award the Commissioner's Citation.
In 1994, Jim left to form Informed Decisions, a private consulting
firm, and continues to assist individuals, companies, agencies,
colleges, and universities with their Social Security needs. He
has been on the faculty of numerous conferences and seminars and
has written training materials for many retirement workshops.
Recognized as a technical expert on Social Security and Medicare
entitlement programs, Jim has appeared on both television and
radio, and is often called "Mister Social Security." |

| A
member of the American and N.C. Bar Associations, Bernard received
his B.A. from the University of South Carolina (cum laude) and
his J.D. from Duke University. He is associated with Moore &
Van Allen in the firmÕs Charlotte office.
Bernard's practice is focused on tax planning for corporate
and partnership transactions, and on tax controversy matters,
primarily at the federal level. His planning has included numerous
corporate mergers and recapitalizations, issues related to S

Managing
partner with Jeffcoat Pike & Napier in Myrtle Beach, S.C.,
Allen has been an attorney in private practice since 1973. His
experience encompasses real estate, probate, environmental, elder,

litigation, foreclosures, and general civil litigation.

Born
and raised in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Scott graduated from
the University of South Carolina in 1985 with a double major in
accounting and finance. Three years later, while living and working
in Atlanta, he passed the CPA exam.
He returned to Columbia, and in 1992 received his Juris Doctorate
from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Upon earning
his law degree, Scott and wife April moved back to Myrtle Beach,
where he established his general practice law firm with an emphasis
on real estate, corporations, simple wills, and 1031 exchanges.
In 2000, Scott was appointed as a prosecutor for the city of Myrtle
Beach, and in 2001 was named a part-time city judge.
He and April have three wonderful, beautiful children. |

Jackie
is a graduate of College of Charleston, with a Bachelor of Science
degree in business administration. She worked for McKnight Frampton
and Co. in Charleston and then with Cherry Bekaert & Holland in
Myrtle Beach for three years prior to becoming comptroller for
the Dunes Golf and Beach Club in Myrtle Beach in 1992. Serving
in this capacity for five years enabled her to experience the
private sector of the accounting profession. There she was responsible
for all accounting functions as well as all human resource duties.
After a short tenure at Conway Hospital as accounting director,
Jackie again entered private practice, where for the past six
years, she has operated as a sole practitioner, specializing in
corporate work, primarily with clients in the hospitality industry.
She offers various accounting services, but most enjoys small-business
consulting.
Jackie and her husband Joey have two children, ages 10 and 14.
She served on the board of directors for Christian Academy of
Myrtle Beach for six years, as both treasurer and personnel chairman.
Active in her local church, First United Methodist Church of Myrtle
Beach, Jackie received the CAMEO (Career and Motherhood, Equal

fraud. Currently Chris is conducting a massive corporate accounting
